  • A coupled-line directional coupler consisting of CRLH (Composite Right/Left-Handed) cascaded cells, are numerically designed and analysed. The coupler was fabricated on silicon substrate involving one mask process, using CPW (CoPlanar Waveguide) transmission lines. The measured frequency bandwidth is from 10.5 GHz up to 13.5 GHz fitting well the simulation results. (literal)

Abstract
  • A coupled-line directional coupler consisting of CRLH (Composite Right/Left-Handed) cascaded cells, are numerically designed and analysed.
