- Abstract
- A time-resolved scanning optical mammograph operating at 683, 785, 913, and 975 nm was developed and is presently used in a multi-centric clinical trial, allowing the collection of data from 101 patients with 114 malignant and benign lesions, up to October 2002. Late gated intensity and effective scattering images are routinely used for the detection and characterization of breast lesions. (literal)
