Abstract
  • (99mTc(N)(DBODC)(PNP5))+(DBODC = bis-(N-ethoxyethyl)-dithiocarbammato; PNP5 = bis (dimethoxypropylphosphinoethyl)ethoxyethylamine) is a potential myocardial imaging agent which exhibits original biodistribution properties. Its rapid liver clearance and the relatively hig heart uptake yield high-quality in vivo images. Howewer, the biochemical mechanisms for such a markedly rapid liver clearance of this agent remain unknown.
