Abstract
  • Solution of HA at different molecular weight and ester of HA and cross-linked HA at different level of crosslinking were investigated to determine the rheological properties.Hyaluronic acid low molecular weigth and Hyaff11p50 at low concentration exhibit essentially Newtonain characteristics. Pseudoplastic behaviours (shear thinning) are observed for Hyaluronic acid high molecular weigth, Hyaff11p50 at high concentration (40 mg/ml) and ACP for which the viscosity increase as function of the concentrations and the degree of crosslinking.
