- Abstract
- An automatic computer controlled pilot-plant for the preparation on laborayory scale of ceramic powders via Low temperature Aqueous Synthesis (LTAS) has been realised. Codes for signals conditioning have been written in the frame of the NI-LabVIEW (r) graphical language. Interfacing with external devices has been carried out by a NI-DAQ card (AT-MIO-16XE-50). Several batches of BaTiO3 pwderswere prepared via LTAS, obtaining high reproducibility in product properties. Reliability and user-friendly environment make the plant fit not only for scientific research, but even for industrial explitation (literal)
