Abstract
  • The integrated Information System of the Institute is responsible for data retrieval, storage and elaborations-transformation. The integrated Information System also distributes data to the organ users of the Institute. It is composed of: - Costs management (Geco) - Personnel management (Personale) - Employees presence management (Orario/Panda) - Project management (Redbox) - Institute website management (Sito Isti) It provides for a monitoring and reporting system so as to make it the main system for consulting aggregate information. The Integrated Information System is designed as an open system so that in the future we can possibly integrate a new Institute System. The commission defines the system architecture and the procedures the subsystem must follow. (literal)
