ABSTRACT: This Deliverable, the \"Scientific Progress Report\", reports on the progress of the work toward the Coordination Action objectives, including achievements and attainment of any planned milestone and deliverable as well as a section reporting on the quality assessment. It is produced with the support of all the work package leaders that are in charge to report on the activities performed in the work packages they are leading. It is implemented by means of a restricted Wiki which will be regularly updated every three months. In?particular,?the?Deliverable?is?organized?into?three?sections:?(i) Achievements/problems/corrective actions of the reporting period, (ii) Progress of activities in the reporting period, and (iii) project performance.
