Abstract
  • Thermophilic ADPribosylating system from Sulfolobus solfataricus could be employed as bio-marker in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases. Therefore we have undertaken a study on the occurrence on ADPribosylating system in other thermophilic microorganisms belonging to both archaea and Bacteria kingdoms to explore wheter the enzymes catalysing this reaction might have any biotechnologicsl potential.
