- Abstract
- The aim ofthis paper is to present a new technological solution to support students during web surjing. It is called Didabrowser. The use of the web as a learning tool, in which surjing is guided by a specijic didactic aim, is increasingfy common at school because of the new opportunities it oflers. It is well known that in order to use the web eflectively for stua'y purposes, certain skills are necessary. A student needs to be able to reflect on the way he sur- the Net, to recognize the key elements ofsurfng, to be aware of the reason why he selects aparticular link and to sutfaccording to the didactic objective. The idea underfying the Did@browser system is to help teachers to guide students lacking conjidence in the use ofweb sur-ng to acquire the above mentioned skills. (literal)
