Abstract
  • The effect of a rice protein concentrate (RPC), in partial substitution of fish meal, has been studied in trout feeding. The performances and somatic indexes were recorded during the 94 days of trial. The results showed differences in growth, conversion index and protein efficiency ratio. Soamtic indexes showed differences of viscero somatic index and fat coefficient. (literal)
