Abstract
  • We report on the preparation and characterization of titanium dioxide thin film gas sensor devices for application in lambda measurement. The sensor responses to different oxygen concentrations have been analyzed. Moreover, according to a computing software that simulates the composition of exhaust gases for different X values, we exposed the sensors to different complex mixtures of exhaust gases, calibrating in such a way the sensor for the measurement of lambda.
