- Abstract
- A Large-Eddy Simulation study of the decay of the TKE during the evening transition in an urban boundary layer was performed. A realistic LES is employed to simulate an Urban Turbulence Project in the city of Turin (Italy). The LES simulation result have demonstrated that, during the last stage of decay the t-6 behavior persists after averaging the TKE over the entire boundary layer depth (literal)
