Abstract
  • We demonstrate and investigate multiple-terminal Josephson junctions obtained using InAs nanowires as the normal conductor in an hybrid device. We report an strong and qualitative influence of the contact material on the electrical characteristics of the Josephson junctions. We interpret the observed behavior in terms of the efficiency in the thermal sinking of the different electrode materials. © 2011 American Institute of Physics. (literal)
