Abstract
  • In this study, pure water or guanidine hydrochloride solution was added to ascorbic acid oxidase to obtain its native and denatured form, respectively. Results show that both native and denatured AAO in solution absorb THz weakly, though the denatured solution showed a higher absorbance. (literal)
