• In this paper a model-driven module able to guide the legislative drafter in planning a new bill is presented. This module aims at helping the legislative drafter to build a new act from a conceptual point of view. Using this module the classical drafting process is inverted: the structure of a bill is constructed on the basis of its semantics. The main phases of the planning process and the software architecture of this module are shown. (literal)
