Abstract

• A summary of the statistical analysis carried out during the CYCAS-MED project wil be given. In particular, the aim of the talk is to show the dark side of the statistical analysis carried out on daily weather data from 16 meteorological stations in Morocco and the results obtained in order to define a weather yield function. In the first part, I'll briefly consider a few general issues about the analysis of weather data. Then, I'll move on to the main results about the climate of Moroc. Finally, I'll present the results about the weather yield function and a few concerns about the weather generator used for future projections. (literal)
